As a Customer Operations Assistant based in Greenwich (SE28 8BF), you will be responsible for:
1. Interacting with multiple customers on a daily basis
2. Carrying out general warehouse tasks, including booking in stock, putting stock away into designated locations and maintaining high standards within the warehouse
3. Picking and packing customer orders
4. Assisting customers at the trade counter as needed, providing prompt and efficient service while building strong relationships
5. Supporting with relief delivery driving when required, driving a 3.5T vehicle to complete deliveries across the local area
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have as a Customer Operations Assistant:
1. Ideally, previous experience working in a warehouse environment, serving customers
2. Willingness to learn and complete required training (Forklift licence training will be provided)
3. Confidence in engaging with customers and delivering outstanding customer service
4. A valid full Driving Licence to assist with delivery driving when needed
