Temporary Vacancy – Bid Coordinator (part time)
Duration:Until November 2025 (may extend)
Hours:22.5 hours Monday to Friday (3 days per week)
Hourly Rate:£15 (£16.81 including holiday pay)
Location: Leavesden, WD25 (hybrid)
The Bid Coordinator will play a crucial role in the preparation, submission, and management of bids and proposals, ensuring all tender submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the bid process from start to finish.
* Review and analyze requests for tenders to determine requirements.
* Gather necessary information from internal teams such as project management, finance, legal, and marketing.
* Assist in preparing responses, including technical content and compliance documentation.
* Maintain accurate records of all bid documents and correspondence.
* Track the status of submitted bids and follow up on pending decisions.
* Schedule meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss bid strategy.
* Act as the point of contact for clients during the bid process.
* Review final submissions for accuracy, completeness, and professionalism.
* Ensure compliance with company branding, policies, and procedures.
What You'll Bring:

* Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
* Attention to detail and aptitude for editing and proofreading.
