Job summary JOB DESCRIPTION The post holder will have overall responsibility for the operational management of clinical service delivery at ward level for Delivery Suite. They will provide excellent leadership and support for the team acting as a lead role model to ensure the provision of excellent women centred evidence based, quality care. The post holder will provide clinical and managerial leadership to those working in roles up to and including band 6 level. They will be a highly skilled clinical expert with specialised knowledge in caring for women. The post holder will work with the matron for Delivery Suite to further develop the service.
