To be successful in this role you must hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own car.
The Community Response Team operates across the hours of 08:30-21:30, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are allocated pro rata, we offer a mix of early, late and long days., Clinical Support Workers are members of the Multi disciplinary Team, who undertakes professional duties in the Patient's homes to ensure provision of high standard care, assisting with all aspects of daily living and promoting independence.
The Band 3 Clinical Support Workers will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered staff.
