About the Role
You will design and manage a variety of projects, particularly in the commercial sector. You’ll work closely with clients, ensuring effective communication and strong relationships, while also overseeing project management from start to finish.
In 2025 we will become an employee-owned business, and as part of our team, you will have a key role in contributing to our future.
This is a full-time position, with a hybrid work option (minimum 3 days in the office).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and management of projects, from concept to completion.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
3. Take ownership of project management tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
4. Work primarily on commercial projects, bringing a wealth of experience to deliver high-quality results.
5. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure design consistency and technical accuracy.
Skills & Requirements:
1. Proven experience in designing and managing projects, particularly within the commercial sector.
2. Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and deliver results.
3. Effective project management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
4. Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Driving licence.
