As the lead business development person for the business, you’ll:
1. Drive and manage the full sales strategy, executing all aspects of a business development plan in line with business goals.
2. Create, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities for the business.
3. Work closely with potential clients, executing a value-based sales process, identifying clients’ pain points, and scoping out a compelling solution.
4. Pull together and coordinate the right pitch team to support client proposals and pitch meetings.
5. Oversee all sales activity with a commercial approach to pipeline building.
