Our client is rapidly expanding and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to co-ordinate people and processes to ensure the completion of projects on time and within budgets.
Duties of this role will be :-
To lead, review and manage multi-discipline projects
Attendance for on site surveys
To organise pre-start meetings to provide as much detail to the PM's and Supervisors as possible
To ensure that the correct materials and labour are scheduled in
To manage and approve payments to employees
To hold project delivery meetings to highlight any issues
To produce programmes and progress reports, ensuring all are on track
Managing staffCandidates interested in this role should have a strong background in M & E Engineering, management and budgeting skills. You will be able to interact with all levels of personnel, being able to build stronger relationships with clients to encourage and secure more work. Candidates will possess an HNC / HND in building services and / or possess a C & G in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
