About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Architectural Technician to join our team in Cookstown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing construction projects, working closely with our experienced team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Your Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate and manage construction projects from inception to completion
* Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet client requirements
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
* Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards, meeting client expectations and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification in Architecture, Building Surveying, or a related field
* Experience in architectural drafting, project coordination, or a related role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
* Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
