We are looking for a Signalling & Telecoms Engineer to join our team in the Northwest of England. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects, playing a key role in driving improvement and ensuring the successful delivery of our telecommunications and signalling systems.

While experience in signalling is a plus, we also welcome candidates with backgrounds in wider communications technology, such as CCTV. Knowledge of cybersecurity and managing firewalls would be an added advantage but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the asset management team to analyse and report on asset performance and condition, helping to improve operations through the implementation of renewals and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide technical support for the delivery of internal projects.
* Assist in complex root cause investigations, ensuring that solutions are found efficiently.
* Offer technical support to frontline maintainers, helping to resolve issues in real time.
* Engage effectively with stakeholders at Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) to ensure all contractual obligations are met to a high standard.
