They are looking for someone who has previous customer service experience, as well as someone who is technically minded!
Do you have excellent written and communication skills? Are you a super organised individual? Do you work well within a team?
Shift pattern would be Tuesday to Saturday 8.30-5pm

Technical Support Advisor Duties:
* Dealing with customer support requests
* Liaising with mobile network providers
* Assisting internal and external teams with their queries
* Delivering monthly quality and quantity targets
