Brief Description
As part of an exciting transformation in the Eastern Region Commercial Directorate, we are looking for talented individuals to join our growing team and work alongside a range of business units and across a varied and large portfolio. There are opportunities to support and lead Commercial activities on major projects and programmes, which deliver some of the most exciting and innovative projects in UK infrastructure.

In the Performance & Reporting Assistant role, you will provide administrative support for Supplier relationship management activities across the Region including scheduling & co-ordination of key meetings and events, supporting and collating production of reports and assisting in validation of performance data.
About the role (External)
Key Accountabilities –
1. Proactively design, develop and implement new internal and external reports and analysis to support supply chain events.
2. Produce scheduled and ad hoc reporting and analysis to agreed schedules and quality standards.
3. Manage key contacts and stakeholders, liaising with them on a regular basis to understand, prioritise and support the Regional Supply chain activities.
4. Identify, plan and deliver improvements to the existing reporting delivery methods.
5. Answer reporting related queries from internal and external customers (e.g. managing external shared inbox) within agreed service levels.
6. Arrange meetings for the management team.
7. Co-ordinate and prepare agenda and papers for executive and supply chain meetings and assist with follow-up action as necessary.
8. Support with the delivery of data analysis within time parameters.
Minimum Requirements:

3. High standards of report accuracy and presentation
4. Excellent Communications skills, written and verbal
5. Advanced PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
6. Experience of taking minutes
7. Experience of organising meetings and agendas
8. Experience of extracting information and reporting from multiple sources, including databases.
9. Knowledge of business objects
