Job overview
The Paediatric Occupational Therapy Service works with children and young people from 0 –19 years in the borough of Bury in a variety of settings including clinics, nurseries, mainstream and special schools. The Service works with children with a variety of conditions including co-ordination difficulties, neurological impairments, developmental delay, and physical disabilities. You will perform patient assessments to determine a clinical judgement of the patient’s condition/needs, ensuring that an individualised treatment programme can be developed, implemented, evaluated, and modified.

As a qualified Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for supporting your Manager in ensuring that our service users’ needs are met through the delivery of high-quality care. You will offer a person-centred approach to their independence and wellbeing and go the extra mile to ensure compassionate and personalised patient care. HCPC registered
* Experience in Community Paediatrics
* 2 years post grad experience
* Experience at a band 5 or 6 level
* Access to a car to enable community visits
* Research and development awareness
