Responsibilities:
1. This is a unique opportunity to join a team which provides fixed fee employment, HR and advisory support for employers.
2. Stay informed about employment law trends and maximize current awareness updates to proactively address potential legal issues.
3. Update systems with the latest employment law developments to ensure clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Create and maintain best practice guides and knowledge resources to support the team in delivering high-quality legal advice.
5. Proactively seek ways to help the teams be more efficient.
6. Present and train colleagues and clients confidently.
Qualifications:
1. Outstanding drafting, research, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
2. Minimum of 5 Years PQE in Employment Law.
