Position: Events and Office Administrator
Location: Portsmouth
Part-time: 30 hours a week
Basic Salary: £19,050

In this role, you’ll be providing vital marketing and administrative support across our specialist recruitment brands within the STR Group.
Working at STR
We have been providing specialist permanent and contract recruitment services since 2000 and employ over 150 staff. STR Group is a recruitment company that is comprised of 6 niche brands, working in Life Sciences, Architecture & Interior Design, Automation, Maritime, Engineering & Manufacturing and Built Environment.
What will you be doing:
1. Providing support for a range of exciting corporate events
2. Overseeing and managing job advertising credits for the business
3. Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and leavers
4. Keeping brand presentation templates up-to-date across all departments
5. Managing the company’s long service recognition process
6. Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
7. Answering and managing reception phone calls professionally
8. Ordering and maintaining office and event supplies
9. Taking on additional responsibilities as required within the scope of the role
