The Role
This position is crucial in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, safeguarding both the firm's interests and those of its clients. The ideal candidate will act as a central resource for compliance matters, ensuring the firm adheres to best practices in risk management, AML, GDPR, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handling all aspects of compliance across multiple offices
2. Conducting risk assessment training workshops and fostering a culture of compliance
3. Leading internal reviews, audits, and monitoring case files
4. Managing SRA audits and regulatory requirements
5. Drafting and updating company policies in line with government and legal guidelines
