About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Contracts Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of concrete contracts. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of concrete construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Management: Handle all contractual aspects, from negotiation to execution.
* Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets efficiently.
* Quality Control: Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
* Risk Management: Identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
* Client Relations: Maintain and nurture strong client relationships.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor your team, fostering strong communication.
* Compliance: Ensure all projects meet legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
* Reporting: Present regular project status reports to senior management.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in agricultural concrete/construction.
* Deep knowledge of concrete methods, materials, and equipment.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
* Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Willingness to travel to sites across the UK.
