Logistics Specialist - Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Specialist - Administrator to work with all customers and logistics service providers to ensure shipments are picked-up and packaged from our customer locations and delivered accurately and timely to the end destination. Provide world class customer service and logistical solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Order management: Schedule and track shipments from origin to destination. Update system with correct shipment details.
2. Issue management: Work with carriers and customers to resolve shipment issues.
3. Freight claim management: Manage freight claims effectively.
4. Cost management: Receive final shipment costs from carrier and ensure accuracy.
5. Invoice management: Ensure customers are invoiced timely.
6. Customs documentation: Receive asset checks from vendors and upload into system, then file into D365. Deal with any asset checks with errors that can't be uploaded following the agreed process steps to resolution.
7. Create master truck invoices based on vendor loading list.
8. Update the AUS report every Monday and Wednesday for AUS management meetings.
9. Review BI report each morning and push vendors for delay reasons.
10. Receive and set up monthly file for all customs documents.
11. Build knowledge of the HPEFS returns logistics process by engaging with the team.
