Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Executive to join an exciting and fast-growing team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by selling a diverse range of Building and Civil products within the Construction Industry to both new and existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven ability to develop new business within the industry. Knowledge of the construction sector is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets.
* Proactively grow the customer base by engaging with new and existing clients.
* Provide support to the external sales team as needed.
* Prepare quotations and process orders efficiently.
* Identify opportunities to upsell products and increase revenue.
* Handle customer enquiries via telephone and manage in-person customer collections at the depot.
* Provide customers with pricing, stock availability, and product recommendations.
* Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient order dispatch.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain regular communication with clients to update them on order progress.

* Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer support (minimum 1 year required).
* Construction sales experience (preferred).
