Maintenance Manager / Delivery Manager - Housing Association
Annual Salary: Up to £45,000

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Clients Property Services Team, ensuring high-quality property maintenance and improvements.

Day-to-day of the role:
1. Deliver customer-centric, high-quality, value-for-money property maintenance and improvements through a team of circa 12+ in-house trades and external contractors.
2. Maintain high-quality data within the property systems.
3. Set and maintain high levels of safe working practices in line with Health and Safety legislation and CDM.
4. Ensure a detailed local knowledge of customer, asset, and investment needs across your locality.
5. Engage and work with residents and groups to develop co-created services.
6. Report into the Operations Manager, providing clear direction and support to your team to achieve excellent service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience managing a direct labour workforce focused on the delivery of maintenance services.
2. Demonstrable knowledge of planning and delivering workstreams in a customer-focused environment.
3. Ability to plan, track, and forecast income and expenditure against budgets, delivering value for money while mitigating risks.
4. Strong commercial acumen.
5. Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation with a focus on compliance.
6. Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
7. Willingness to travel, with access to a car and a full UK driving licence.
