Qualifications Proven experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics Leadership skills to manage projects and teams effectively Proficiency in equipment repair and troubleshooting Familiarity with construction processes related to HVAC systems Relevant certifications in HVAC technology or related fields Specific Day to Day Duties: ● Install and commission commercial air conditioning systems, including split, multi-split, VRV & VRF systems ● Ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standard in line with manufacturer guidelines and company procedures ● Conduct regular maintenance checks and servicing of air conditioning systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficiency of the units ● Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems ● Provide effective solutions where faults are identified, ensuring the minimum downtime of the unit ● Adhere to all relevant health & safety regulations at all times. Ensure that you are following and promoting a safe working environment ● Maintain accurate records of all works undertaken, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies ● Provide professional advice and support regarding the air conditioning systems to clients when required ● Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues related to air conditioning systems ● Provide maintenance and repair services for AC systems as needed ● You will be required to work out of hours and weekends occasionally as part of the job ● You will be expected to do some administrative duties which will include the use of a tablet and paperwork to log your work ● You will need to be flexible in order to do overnight stays, where necessary ● Follow method statements accurately ● Be able to work on your own also as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively ● Share knowledge with other team members ● Work nationwide ● Work to planned routes / deadlines ● Duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be adjusted or expanded based on the specific needs of the company.
