Preparation and serving of meals / drinks Administer medication (appropriate training given) Communicating with service users and colleagues report writing and sharing of information Collaborate with colleagues to ensure individual care plans are achieved/ reviewed Attend training, take part in appraisals, supervisions and team meetings.
