Monday-Friday, office based.
£25,000-£30,000
The Role:
1. Manage client correspondence
2. First point of contact for clients via the telephone, email and face to face
3. Prepare refreshments for visitors
4. Liaise with third parties to prepare necessary documentation
5. Book and manage meeting rooms
6. Manage office stock
7. Manage client payment processes
8. Oversee compliance throughout the business
9. Resolve customer queries
10. General administration
The Candidate:
11. Admin experience
12. Excellent communication skills
13. IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Office
14. Able to juggle a busy worklad
