* Carrying out responsive property inspections in customer homes.
* Conducting repair surveys, mutual exchanges, and minor works surveys.
* Investigating damp, condensation, and mold issues.

To be successful, you'll need:
* A recognised technical qualification (HNC or higher) in Building, Surveying, Planning, or a similar field.
* Significant experience working in the construction industry.
* Ideally, previous experience working in social housing.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
* A valid UK driving license and your own vehicle.
