Business Administration Apprentice (Sales Administrator)
£14,330 to £23,175 per annum
* Location: Head Office based at Lenwade, Norwich, NR9 5LY
* 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday, 36.5 hours a week (One day finishing at 4pm)
* Pay: £14,330 to £23,175 per annum, depending on age, based on NMW
Main Purpose of Role
This post provides vital administrative support to the First Home Improvement’s Sales branches across the UK and assists them in meeting their organisational targets. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, managing several tasks at once, keeping all parties informed (both in email and by telephone) and working closely with our sales managers. Full training is provided along with monitored and mentored line management support and apprenticeship support via Poultec to your appropriate Business Administration course.
MAIN DUTIES:
* Inputting lead data onto electronic business management system
* Inputting contract data onto electronic business management system
* Inputting financial data onto the finance company’s finance application systems
* Ensuring all details on contracts and finance documentation are correct
* Distributing hard copies of the data mentioned above to the correct correspondents
* Assisting managers to ensure they can work to their full capacity
* Undertaking other duties as required by management
* Comfortable using basic IT packages for input (Microsoft Word & Excel)
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Well organised and able to communicate effectively
* Able to work in a small team and independently on allocated work
* Describing oneself as a “finisher completer”, but able to ask for help when required
* Maintaining privacy and confidentiality
* Orchestrating multiple activities to accomplish goals
* Working without close supervision
* Experience and competence in data input linked to financial contracts/sales documents is an advantage
* Grade 4 GCSE in English and Maths
* Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
* Team player with a high level of dedication
* Ability to work within set deadlines
* Ability to undertake Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship within 18 months
