Specification Sales Representative sought by the windows division of a global, £multibillion plastics manufacturer with close to 200 locations worldwide, to cover their Midlands & South East region.
The Role:
As Specification Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* Selling the company’s full range of window and door solution products for use in commercial developments / refurbishments
* Developing relationships with key architects, specifiers, developers, consultants and contractors
* Generating product / system specifications in line with targeted expectations
* Working closely with commercial fabricators and installers to defend specifications
* Developing, hosting and delivering technical presentations such as CPD seminars for architects and other construction professional
The successful Specification Sales Representative should demonstrate:
* A proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain walling or building envelope sectors
* Track record of specification sales
* Project led
* Knowledge of wind loadings and the fabric of a building
* A confident presentation performer
* Ability to interact with and draw upon a wide range of supporting services
