Are you ready to lead a team dedicated to empowering young people and care leavers? Doncaster Care Leavers Accommodation Service (CLASS) is looking for a motivated Team Leader to drive positive outcomes and ensure high-quality service delivery.
You’ll take the lead on supported accommodation projects, by delivering a strengths-based approach to support, placing young people at the centre of their journey toward independence.
If you have…
• Good interpersonal skills including listening and empathy
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice, as well as restorative practice, asset based and trauma informed approaches.
• A full UK drivers license with access to a vehicle for work purposes
