The Sales Coordinator will provide vital administrative and analytical support to the Head of Sales and Marketing Senior Management and Sales teams.
Job Role Duties:
1. Continually promote NNR to existing customers to up-sell services and increase business revenue.
2. Work closely with customers, building strong relationships at every level of the business.
3. Produce quotations and proposals (air, sea, rail, and road) for customers and other overseas offices.
4. Follow up quotes and proposals over telephone.
5. Complete all required reporting expeditiously and accurately.
6. Analyse data and identify areas requiring attention or areas that we can provide added value.
7. Be involved in negotiations with partners to drive efficiency and cost improvement.
8. Assist local staff, making customer service and sales call visits if and when necessary.
9. Support projects, RFQs, and customer reports.
10. Have a flexible approach as no two days are the same and situations will arise which simply have to be dealt with even if not outlined within a job description.
Experience:
1. Ideally four or more years in a similar position and role.
2. The ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation and varied customer base.
3. An articulate, creative thinker with the ability to share their views succinctly and sensibly.
4. Excellent MS Office skills.
Salary: 28K - 35K
Quarterly staff incentive scheme.
