Job Vacancy: 1 x Trainee Remedial Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time & Considered Permanent
Experience: No Previous Experience Required.
Start Date: Immediate
Company Description:
We are a small specialist company which remedies colour issues related to brickwork and masonry; we have been working on domestic and commercial developments throughout the UK for over 40 years.
As our business continues to grow, a position has become available for a Trainee Remedial Supervisor.
Job Description:
The position is part of a two-man team working on Domestic and Commercial Construction developments throughout the United Kingdom.
The role will involve driving to & from site each day (shared driving) and assisting your experienced supervisor in completing the necessary works on site for that particular day.
Early morning starts are the norm and although the majority of our supervisors generally drive to and from site each day, there are occasions when the job or location prevents this, so they accommodate themselves locally. (Your Supervisor will arrange this & an allowance will be provided)
Additionally, over the course of 12-18 months, you will learn the role of the Supervisor; this will include learning how to mix up matching tints, liaising with Site Managers, basic administrative work, and any other aspect of becoming a Supervisor.
Once we are satisfied, it would be our intention to promote you to Supervisor and for you to have an increase in Salary & Benefits accordingly.
Job Requirements:
1. Hold a current UK driving license (preferable with no more than one endorsement)
2. Must be comfortable working at heights (from ladders, scaffold & hydraulic platforms)

Starting Salary £27,495.00 per annum (Reviewed Annually)
Company Pension Scheme* (Additional Employer Contribution - 3% of Salary)
Bonus Scheme (subject to 12 x months full employment)
*The above is subject to a 3-month qualifying period.
