If so, we have the perfect role for you As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our client's financial records, ensuring all invoices are processed efficiently and accurately. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the purchase ledger, handling supplier queries, reconciling statements, and supporting the finance team with various tasks. Key Responsibilities Processing invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner Managing supplier accounts and resolving any discrepancies Reconciliation of supplier statements and purchase ledger accounts Assisting with month-end closing activities Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc duties as required What We're Looking For Proven experience in a similar purchase ledger or accounts payable role in the Construction Industry Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Why Join Our Client?
