Person Specification
Qualifications/Training
* General medical Qualification e.g., MBBS, or equivalent, and hold a Licence to Practise.
Clinical Leadership
* Take responsibility for realizing clinical, operational, and financial objectives.
Clinical Governance
* Understand the importance of Clinical Governance in NHS organisations and its significance in patient care.
* Be aware of current issues in mental health service provision, policy, and legislation.
Leadership Skills
* Demonstrate capacity to lead and inspire, be prepared to make difficult decisions, and develop effective working relationships inside and outside the Trust.
