Job Title: Customer Support Assistant
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00AM - 17:30PM (Office based)
Location: Ashford

Duties include:
1. Provide first-line support via phone and email.
2. Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
3. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
5. Process new hardware orders from start to end.
6. Arrange installation and configuration of hardware.
7. Document all customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in the CRM system.
8. Conduct courtesy calls to the existing customer base.
Skills/Experience Required:
1. Previous experience in an admin/customer service role is essential.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Confident with MS Office.
