This role will be pivotal to supporting business objectives, and will be the face of the business to B2B customers across Europe & Asia Description Manage b2b customer interactions via phone and email Provide customers with support around all enquires and information on their orders Process customer orders accurately and within agreed SLA's Manage customer complaints and issues in a proactive manor Keep customers updated on the progress or potential changes with their orders Work closely with logistics and 3rd parties to arrange deliver of customer orders Ensure all customer information and data is record accurately Support sales function with pricing, customer support or and administrative requirements Profile Experience in a similar Customer Service or Account management type role Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, export or industrial environment Customer focused approach Excellent attention to detail Team player Job Offer This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist manufacturing business as their new Customer Service Manager.
