Job Description:
Proclinical is seeking a Key Account Manager for OTC products. In this role, you will focus on implementing sales strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve financial targets. Your efforts will contribute to the effective management of retail accounts and the promotion of high-quality medicines.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategies within your account portfolio, focusing on product listings and distribution.
- Negotiate and implement in-store plans to maximize brand visibility through promotional activities and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve financial targets and manage customer demand.
- Complete joint business planning to align with marketing activities and retailer events.
- Oversee trade term agreements and manage product pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures within the sales and marketing team.
- Maintain administrative tasks, including sales tracking and retailer nominations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong industry knowledge and experience in managing retail accounts.
- Familiarity with the grocery industry and FMCG sales/buying.
- Ability to adapt to market changes and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation, numerical, and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and fostering innovation.
