Finance Administrator
Location: Frimley
Salary: £23,000-£25,000
My client, based in Frimley, is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their friendly team. You will need strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Accountabilities
1. Daily inputting to Sage 50 Accounts.
2. Sage 50 Accounts updates and account setups.
3. Invoicing.
4. Purchase ledger.
5. Reconciliations between back-office systems and Sage 50 accounts, including troubleshooting issues and completing balances around purchase ledger, invoice ledgers, etc.
6. Setting up and managing new accounts for suppliers and customers.
7. Time sheet production/calculations.
Experience
1. Proven experience in a Finance Administration role or similar position.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
3. Bookkeeping experience would be beneficial.
4. Sage 50 experience would be beneficial.
