We are looking for a Digital PR Manager to join our award-winning team and manage multilingual, innovative campaigns that drive outstanding results for our clients.
As a Digital PR Manager you will support and contribute to the growth of our Digital PR service by managing creative and reactive Digital PR campaigns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing campaign strategies and campaign content such as press releases and onsite content, managing media outreach, client communications and working with and mentoring a team of Digital PR Executives. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns for your clients run to agreed timelines and budgets and hit agreed KPIs.
We have big growth plans this year and this is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious team. Whilst this role doesn't involve direct line management, we are looking for someone keen to share their knowledge and experience to help mentor and coach execs in the team.
The role:
* Full-time: £27,500 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
* Campaign Execution and Strategy: lead on the ideation, strategy and campaign execution for a set number of clients.
* Campaign Performance and Project Management: responsible for monitoring campaign performance, making sure KPIs are met on a monthly basis
* Client Relationships and Account Management: be a key liaison for clients in the Digital PR team, and as part of cross-service accounts, managing the client relationships and ensuring standards are upheld internally.
* Team Training and Development: work very closely with Digital PR Executives and Senior Digital PR Executives to execute campaigns successfully and support them in their overall development
About you:
* Proven experience in a Digital PR role, agency or busy press office environment delivering successful PR campaigns, achieving targeted link and coverage results
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels
* A positive and challenging mindset, as well as a bunch of creative ideas - creativity is a must
* An ability to strive in a fast-paced environment, with a fun and enthusiastic can-do attitude
* Proven time-management and organisation skills with the ability to self-motivate
* Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills with very strong attention to detail
* Ambition and drive - not afraid to take ownership of campaigns, seeing them through from conception to implementation
* A good understanding of the digital marketing industry PR and SEO trends
* Understanding and experience with media databases and tools
* Knowledge of SEO and data analytics (such as GA), including how they can be utilised for Digital PR opportunities
