Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, helping them grow both academically and personally.
Collaborate with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and utilize strategies that cater to each student's specific learning requirements.
Create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment, focusing on the social and emotional well-being of the children.
Support teachers with classroom activities, ensuring that each student receives an engaging and supportive educational experience.
Keep parents, caregivers, and relevant stakeholders informed with regular progress reports and communication.Requirements:
Prior experience working with SEN children is highly valued.
Must exhibit patience, understanding, and a deep commitment to supporting the unique needs of SEN learners.
Ability to modify teaching techniques to suit various learning styles.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A valid driver's license and access to transportation are preferred due to the school's location in Merton.Salary and Benefits:
