One of the World's leading consumer brands is looking for a National Account Executive to manage and grow both existing and new key accounts.
The role will also be responsible for managing and developing national key accounts to provide growth to the business.
Key responsibilities
1. Manage the key customer accounts.
2. Oversee the complete accounts process e.g. pricing audits, customer presentations, internal file management, product launches, and category management/promotional initiatives.
3. Conduct regular customer audits to ascertain competitor pricing/promotions.
4. Collaborate with the National Account Manager on the maintenance of pricing and forecasting files.
5. Prepare customer reports and presentations to show market trends and opportunities.
6. Work with the Customer Service Group and Logistics department to track sales orders vs. customer service levels and investigate and resolve delivery issues.
7. Attend Head Office meetings and coordinate any ad hoc projects e.g. training, in-store marketing, sales reports, and promotional events.
8. Demonstrate graduate calibre with good communication and presentation skills.
9. Exhibit good planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
10. Possess good interpersonal and selling skills.
11. Show excellent customer focus (internal and external stakeholders) and attention to detail.
12. Be an ambitious, enthusiastic, proactive individual who wishes to progress to a National Account Management position.
