Are you an experienced and passionate Children's Home Manager looking for a fulfilling career opportunity? As the Registered Manager, you'll have full autonomy to oversee the daily operations of the home, creating an environment where young individuals can flourish. You'll inspire and lead your team to deliver exceptional care while adhering to the Children's Homes Regulations and maintaining high standards of quality. Your role will involve managing schedules, training staff, and coordinating essential services to support best practices in childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the smooth running of the residential home in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring outstanding care for the children.
3. Play an integral role in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
4. Drive training and development initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities.
5. Offer a progression opportunity for deputy managers seeking to advance their careers.
Requirements:
1. Level 5 Diploma in Children's Residential Care.
2. Proven experience in managing residential children's homes.
3. Ideally registered with Ofsted, with a strong understanding of their regulations.
4. Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead both teams and young people.
5. Skilled in team leadership and staff supervision.
