About the Role:
Our client is one of the country's largest social housing providers, and with a long-term commitment to maintaining and improving their housing stock in the North West, they are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Programme Lead to join their team based in Greater Manchester & are seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor to ensure our safety, health, environment, and quality standards are maintained across all operations. As a SHEQ Advisor, you will play a critical role in promoting a culture of safety and compliance, helping to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders. You will provide expert guidance on SHEQ matters, working closely with teams to mitigate risks and improve overall safety performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and advise on SHEQ compliance across all company operations and activities.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ management systems and policies.
Provide advice and training on SHEQ best practices to staff at all levels.
Report on SHEQ performance and support the implementation of corrective actions where necessary.
