Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Bonus: Up to 21% performance-based bonus

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a 4-bed children's home in Harlow. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the needs of each young person.
* Provide strong leadership to a team of care professionals, including recruitment, training, and ongoing development.
* Promote a positive, safe, and supportive environment for staff and residents.
* Work closely with families, social workers, and external agencies to ensure a collaborative approach to care.
* Oversee budgets, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient running of the home.
What We're Looking For:
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to complete).
* Proven experience in managing a children's residential care home.
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards and a track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
