Horbury Property Services Ltd are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated FRA Site Supervisor to join their team, working on sites across the region. As an FRA Site Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of projects to ensure compliance with fire risk assessment standards. You will play a crucial role in coordinating on-site activities, ensuring project deadlines are met and maintaining the highest safety standards. The main duties and responsibilities for this role are to: Direct work of employees to meet quality and on-time delivery requirements; address installation challenges and communicate to appropriate leadership Accomplish staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures; undertaking appraisals to capture the development needs of each individual with a focus on succession planning. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization SHEQ standards; adhering to legal regulations. Complete operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures. Control costs by planning work effectively, ensuring high levels of efficiency and adopting a frugal approach to materials purchasing and use. Provide quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications. Adhere to all Health, Safety and Environment processes and procedures within the Safety, Management Systems, adopt a pro-active approach to Health and Safety compliance. Ensure operatives under your control do the same. Complete all required paperwork / electronic systems timely and legibly and ensure operatives under your control do the same. Achieve or better any personal performance measures set by line manager. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure and effective and efficient service is maintained. Maintain a friendly and customer focused approach. Provide support, mentoring and continual guidance for the team, reporting back to the Contract Manager where needed. Recommend necessary changes to improve performance based on analysis of weekly/daily KPI statistics Complete any other tasks and duties assumed commensurate with this role.
