At Hunter Savage, we are seeking an experienced People Advisor to join our dynamic People Team. This fast-paced role will support multiple sites across Belfast, providing expert advice and guidance on HR employee lifecycle activities, from recruitment to resolving employee relations issues.
* About the Role:
* We are looking for a seasoned professional with a CIPD level 5 qualification and 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist/Advisory role.
* The ideal candidate will have experience using HR systems, be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and possess excellent communication skills.
* A clean UK driving license and ability to commute independently are also essential.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Build effective working relationships with stakeholders
* Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and issues
* Ensure compliance with HR legislation
* Manage recruitment and selection campaigns
* Support absence management, employee relations, recognition, reward, performance management, and development
* Work closely with the People Team to deliver key objectives
* Provide expertise on HR Generalist issues
* Salary and Benefits:
* We offer an attractive salary package, including a competitive annual salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, and excellent benefits such as a full-time, permanent role based in East Belfast with travel to sites across Belfast.
