Join ClearSky Logic’s Special Ops team, where we solve complex software challenges for our clients. We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst who can dive deep into requirements, drive change, and ensure the smooth delivery of impactful software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workshopping: Organise and lead collaborative workshops to capture comprehensive requirements, engaging stakeholders and our Special Ops squad to gather diverse perspectives.
2. Change Management: Collaborate with Project Managers to assess change requests, ensuring alignment with project scope while analysing their impact on timelines and resources.
3. User Story Development: Write clear and actionable user stories that effectively communicate business needs to our development team, prioritising them based on business value.
4. Process Mapping: Develop workflows and diagrams that outline current and future processes, providing clarity on the software development journey.
5. Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Work with Project Managers to identify potential risks, evaluate their impact, and devise proactive mitigation strategies.
6. Quality Assurance Collaboration: Partner with the QA team to define acceptance criteria and testing requirements, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement within the BA workflow, helping our Special Ops team deliver more efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in tech-focused or software-driven environments.
2. Strong analytical skills and a knack for critical thinking.
3. Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
4. Skilled in facilitating workshops and effectively engaging stakeholders.
5. Experience with Agile methodologies.
6. Ability to manage change requests and understand their impact on project scope and resources.
7. Knowledge of risk management principles and quality assurance practices.
8. Experience driving process improvements and working with cross-functional teams.
9. Preferred: Experience with Azure DevOps and diagramming tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
