Responsibilities Essential Functions Plan, implement and measure success marketing activities to develop sales of the HFS brand range, in European industrial markets in accordance with agreed business plans. Job Summary Define and implement marketing growth strategies for the key HFS brands Plan and implement marketing campaigns, using the full promotional mix Day-to-day management of special marketing projects in coordination with the sales team Ownership and execution of the Leads generation process Reporting marketing results, for all locations and brands Managing the agreed marketing budget and the associated expenditures Measure success or failure of marketing plans against agreed objectives to ensure ROI Maintain and develop the company website and lead SEO and Google advertising plans Create new content to support the HFS online presence Develop ideas and create marketing promotions Manage external marketing agency activities including design, website, public relations etc. Organise, support and attend exhibitions and events to promote HFS brands and products Carry out market research, competitor, and customer surveys Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions (notably the sales team) necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development Company Responsibilities Maintain full compliance with Howmet Aerospace policies and procedures and conduct all activities in accordance with the Code of Conduct Demonstrate a knowledge of and commitment to continuous improvement activities Perform other duties as assigned Experience & Background At least 2 years experience within Marketing role.
