1. Meeting new clients and visiting clients on a regular basis – Building relationships with current and new clients.
2. Prospecting new business through client calls and research.
3. Staff management of full-time office staff and temporary healthcare staff.
4. Rota coordination.
5. Candidate screening and recruitment.
6. Compliance and supervision.
7. On-Call Duties.
8. Marketing – Social media platforms, job fairs, etc.
9. Meeting sales targets.
