Summary of Position
We are seeking to recruit an energetic Sales Coordinator to join our team. As we continue to expand at rapid pace, we require internal management of the sales support administration.
For the right candidate, this opportunity will allow you to build and expand a customer base in Northern Ireland and beyond through sales support and administration. This will be a part-time position, 21 hours per week, with flexibility offered in terms of working pattern.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Generating sales leads in order to build and maintain databases of past and potential programme participants and employers.
2. Qualify high level sales leads and schedule meetings for the Director and/or Head of Programmes.
3. Telephone and email communication with potential programme participants and employers.
4. Support team to ensure all programme places are filled in a timely fashion.
5. Be able to work autonomously as well as contribute strongly to the team.
6. Strong attention to detail in capturing the right information and supporting on the administration tasks for sales support.
Minimum Requirements
1. Previous Sales/ Sales Administration experience would be preferable.
2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office environment.
3. Sales coordination and administration experience.
4. Experience of working in sales teams.
5. Highly proficient in using ICT with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

1. Ability to self-motivate and drive the sales and marketing support activities.
2. Highly organised.
3. Good team player and able to work independently.
4. Professional and punctual.
5. Customer service focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); social media.
Hours and Salary
This is a part-time contract offered at 21 hours per week. Salary is £24,000 - £29,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
