Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, some availability for weekends)
Summary:
We are delighted to be working on behalf of a luxury and high-end retirement village to help them secure a full time and permanent Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to support and manage their care teams. Our client specialises in creating beautiful, innovative, and contemporary environments for residents.
You will be responsible for the provision of a high-end domiciliary care service to wealthy residents living in a gated development.
Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure that care, support, and personal services meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
2. Market and grow the care service, ensuring financial viability and contributing positively to the overall business performance.
3. Attract, retain, and lead a high-performing team of carers.
4. Contribute to the overall success of the team as a member of the leadership team, understanding the role of care services in the customer experience.
5. Support the Development Manager in creating an enriching and engaging environment for residents.
6. Provide dynamic leadership and support senior management in ensuring the success of the development.
7. Adapt to the evolving needs of the development and its residents as the community matures.
8. Provide personal care in emergency situations when required.

Qualifications:
1. NVQ Level 5.
2. RMA in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, or willingness to undertake this qualification.
Experience:
1. At least 4 years of experience in a senior care setting.
2. Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
3. Experience in financial reporting and managing budgets.
4. Knowledge of and experience meeting regulatory requirements, including care standards.
5. Strong relationship-building skills with care customers, clients, families, and health professionals.
6. Experience working with other health and care professionals.
