Windsor Learning Partnership (WLP) seeks an Executive Headteacher to join its Executive Leadership Team. The new Executive Head will focus on curriculum development, stakeholder management, and organisational growth.
About the role
As we enter the next development phase as a trust, we seek an Executive Headteacher to join our Executive Leadership Team. The Executive Headteacher will lead the strategic direction of Windsor Learning Partnership, focusing on curriculum design, stakeholder management, and organisational growth. You will guide the development of our teaching and learning frameworks, strengthen our cross-organisational culture, and drive continual educational improvement across all schools.
* Strategic Leadership: You will embed a shared vision across our secondary provision in the Trust and ensure it resonates with both staff and parents, finding a balance between trust collaboration and respecting our prestigious history at both Windsor Girl’s School and The Windsor Boy’s School.
* Effective Management: You will line-manage senior leaders, supporting their development and ensuring they achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
* Educational Excellence: Our new Executive Headteacher will have a deep understanding of high-quality teaching, curriculum development, and assessment strategies.
* Relationship Builder: Our new Executive Headteacher will build positive and respectful relationships with stakeholders, the wider community, and fellow professionals.
* Personal Qualities: We are looking for a new Executive Headteacher who comes with a commitment to the ethos and values of the Trust, upholding the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
