They are a well established house hold name and have postions within the customer service team, starting 6th January, for 7 weeks. As they approach a time of increased volumes, they are looking for a passionate and friendly Customer Service Representative to join the team. Role Overview : As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities : Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, or social media. Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams. Provide product/service information to customers, ensuring they are well-informed. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and promote customer satisfaction. Qualifications : Previous experience in a customer service role is essential,contact centre, hospitality and retail preferable. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software (e.g., CRM systems). A team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
