Position: Deputy Nursing Home Manager
Salary: £24.00 Per Hour
Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

The Details:
As a Deputy Home Manager, you will lead, inspire, and engage your team to deliver an outstanding quality of personalised care and support to residents, enabling them to enjoy later life to the full. You will assist the Home Manager with CQC audits, rotas, recruitment, mentoring, appraisals, and more. Additionally, you will develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships and be a true role model for staff members.

About you:
We are looking for an experienced individual with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for adult social care, and a track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
